Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Oh goodness, these were amazing. Everyone loved them! Made with ground turkey, mushrooms, water chestnuts, green onions, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, broccoli slaw, and coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. Super bummed cuz I plated it perfectly—looked amazing—then got distracted and forgot to take the pic. Ate it. Then had to recreate with cold turkey, throwing some stuff on there to fake the pic. Hahaha. Oops. They looked MUCH better than this. Recipe from One Lovely Life.
