Vegetable Breakfast Casserole

for dinner

Made this with spinach, broccoli, zucchini, ground turkey, tomatoes, avocados, yellow onions, green onions, fresh basil and sea salt with egg mixture poured over and then baked. Deviated from the recipe only because I was too lazy to run to the store, ha, so I used all the veggies I had on hand. Ended up adding salsa on top to give it kick and more flavor.
